Matthew Campos hit a three-run homer in a six-run fourth inning, and Waipahu, Hawaii, took advantage of wildness by Hamilton, Ohio, pitchers for a 6-4 win Wednesday to advance at the Little League World Series. Ezra Heleski pitched two and two-thirds innings of scoreless relief, working out of a first-and-third jam with one out in the sixth to seal the victory. Hawaii will play Columbus, Ga., on Thursday.
Shao-Fei Huang hit a bases-loaded triple and pitched three shutout innings to lead Kaohsiung, Taiwan, to a 5-1 victory over Chitre, Panama, and into the international championship game against a team from Tokyo on Saturday. [FULL STORY]
